J. Derek McLean - President
Derek started in the railroad industry in 1984 working for his father J. Bard McLean. Initially calling on the East coast railroads, Derek expanded his book of business nationally and in 1997 bought the company from his father. Today, Derek serves as President and J. Bard McLean Inc. represents numerous companies throughout the USA.
Jack McLean - Vice President Sales
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Jack obtained his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2019. Jack began working for JBM Inc as a sales rep in 2020 and is the fourth generation of McLeans in the railroad industry. His outreach covers car builders, class ones, repair facilities, and short lines across the USA.
